Who I am

The adjuster who reads both the roof and the policy.

Most claims fail in the gap between construction and paperwork. My career was built on both sides of that gap.

The story

Ten years of restoration, one conviction.

I grew up around property restoration in a family-owned company, and I still work by what we started with: do it honestly, explain it plainly, and treat every property like a neighbor's. For over a decade I've led roofing and storm-restoration work across the Chicago area — on the roof, at the kitchen table, and across from insurance adjusters.

That experience showed me the same painful pattern again and again: honest owners accepting the insurer's first number simply because nobody on their side could professionally prove the real scope of the loss. Volodya Adjuster exists to close that gap — see the claim services I take on or book a free inspection.

My background is unusually complete for this work: a Bachelor's in Architecture & Urban Development, a Master's in Legal Studies, licenses as a public adjuster in two states, plus roofing and general contractor licenses and HAAG inspection certification. I can document damage to a professional standard and represent you on the claim itself.

Education

Buildings first. Then the law.

An insurance claim is a technical document about a building, governed by a contract. I studied both on purpose.

  • Bachelor's — Architecture & Urban DevelopmentLviv Polytechnic National University
  • Master of Legal StudiesKing Danylo University
  • American Contract Law I & IIYale University — continuing education
  • Project Management — Professional CertificateGoogle
  • Accounting for Business Decision MakingUniversity of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
  • HAAG Inspector CertificationThe industry standard for storm & hail damage assessment
Everything I know comes from the roof, not a keyboard — real jobs, real Chicago weather, real homeowners.

Before you accept the insurer's number, get a second opinion.

The consultation and the property inspection are free. If I can't add value to your claim, I'll tell you straight — no pressure, no obligation.
